As a certified Executive Coach, Eric is widely recognized for his ability to provide robust solutions for various organizations in the areas of recruitment, productivity, engagement and retention needs.
As an accomplished speaker on HR workforce analytics, Eric has been a guest lecturer at several Canadian universities in addition to presenting and executing meaningful solutions to companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Eric received his MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Joyana Anisio brings extensive experience in management consulting, business development, and corporate strategy, in multi-sector senior leadership roles. Leveraging her deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and organizational capabilities, Joyana is adept at shaping the long-term direction and success of her clients.
Joyana’s key focus is on enhancing the competitive position of small to medium enterprises. As a certified Executive Coach, her valuable insights enable companies to grow by implementing sound marketing strategies, tactics, and developing communication plans.
As an avid writer, Joyana has a wealth of experience in business communications particularly in the areas of c-suite speech, script writing and video production.
Tiffany Cartmill
Marketing Communications Manager
Tiffany Cartmill is accomplished in creating and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies for external and internal audiences. She leverages her advanced skills in digital and graphic design for client projects by developing high-quality communications, marketing, and training programs. Tiffany drives brand visibility, and shapes perceptions to ensure all messaging is in line with client goals.
Tiffany’s background includes a degree in Film and Media (Queen’s University) as well as certifications in Project Management (McGill University) and Executive Coaching. Her education, coupled with her many years of experience, distinguishes Tiffany in her field.

Larry Mikalachki is an effective communicator whose focus is upon lead generation and relationship building for Red Emerald Dynamics. His role is to interact with prospective customers and build interest in our services.
